1. Scope of Offerings

We provide guidance sessions and workshops aligned with the theme Balanced economic thinking for leaders. Booking details are available on our site. All engagements are subject to confirmation. Cancellation and rescheduling options are detailed below.

1.2 Information Products

We offer digital materials such as reports and guides. Products are delivered via direct download upon purchase. Access details are sent to the email provided at checkout.

1.3 Goods

Our physical items are shipped to your address. Shipping timelines vary based on destination. You are responsible for costs associated with shipping for returns.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Services

Clients may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if no session or workshop has been delivered. To reschedule, notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method or by bank transfer. Once a service has been completed, no refund is available unless exceptional circumstances apply at our discretion.

2.2 Information Products

If less than 10% of an information product has been accessed, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, contact us with your order details. Approved refunds are issued within 14 business days via the original payment method. After 14 days or if access exceeds 10%, no refund is granted.

2.3 Goods

You may return physical items within 30 days of delivery in their original condition. To initiate a return, contact us for authorization. You are responsible for return shipping fees. Once we receive and inspect the items, refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Custom or personalized goods are not eligible for return or refund.
